Outstanding mattress topper.
Whilst we found the depth to be 9cm rather than 10cm advertised (1st pic shows the seams to be circa 6-7cm apart the 2nd pic shows the ‘pillowing’ actually reaches circa 9cm), it’s irrelevant - this is the best mattress topper we’ve found & at less cost than others at only 7cm. We bought a new expensive top of the range (medium firm) cooling many layered latex mattress which solved husband’s aches & pains but gave me backache as although supportive, was a bit too firm for me. This topper has not only solved everything (took about 10 days to completely cure my backache) but is so supremely comfortable & increases the cooling effect. We have a super king sized bed. Cannot fit the topper into washing machine & honestly would not do so anyway - we have a washable extra deep quilted mattress protector that fits over the topper & the deep mattress so we just wash that instead. This topper is genuinely super snuggly, supportive and doesn’t just flatten after use. (Hence delay in reviewing to check OK). Thoroughly recommend.

Bought topper for home bed as have arthritis in my hip it's literally like sleeping on a cloud. I then Bought additional one for the bed in our static caravan and its amazing video is trying show how thick it actually is. It is comfy and do cosy and warm thickness is unreal worth every penny

I received my bundle on the 8th January having only ordered it a few days earlier.
I have waited until now to write a review as wanted to be able to give credible feedback having now slept on the topper for a couple of weeks.
I had been experiencing very sleepless nights for months, even though my mattress is of good quality and in perfect condition.
I decided that maybe it was just a little to firm and not helping my osteoarthritis issues. Having researched mattress toppers and from reading excellent reviews I decided to give the cloud topper a go.
I am extremely pleased with my purchase and have only had a couple of sleepless nights in comparison to being awake most nights. The topper has made a huge difference to my sleep patterns ,the pillows are wonderful and the sheets are excellent quality, just deep enough thankfully to cover my deep mattress, cloud topper and mattress protector.
I would most definitely recommend this company and am pleased that I took the plunge and made my purchase.

I cannot praise this topper enough. Its helped my quality and quantity of sleep. I have had fibromyalgia for more than 25 years and also femeral, patella and hip osteoarthritis. I have tried all sorts over the years without much luck. Now I have finally found something that helps me. I'm not saying the pain has gone away but it has given me much better quality of sleep. I used to wake up god knows how many times a night but now I have better quality of sleep so feel much more refreshed to tackle the day ahead. (Which is a constant roller coaster of pain and mental health struggles) The fact that I am waking up refreshed and less in pain than before I got the cloud topper makes the struggles much more bearable.
I have a very deep mattress and the cloud topper still fits over it. I also can still have my electric blanket with it which was a bonus. But you must put it on under the cloud topper. I have used it for a week now and it is still as plump as it was when I first received it. I have a good mattress as it is but felt my body hurt so much when lying on it. (Typical fibromyalgia pain) Now it's like im sleeping on a fluffy cloud! ☁️ I can see why they called it cloud topper.
The customer service from Jamie (the founder and director) of cloud topper has been nothing short of excellent. I also told him about how impressed I was with it and how it's helping my condition. He even sent me a follow up message to check everything with my order was ok because at first I thought they had forgotten my matress topper sheet and pillows but they hadn't as it arrived the next morning.
I can also vouch for the pillows and deep fitted sheet too as they are very comfortable. The bundle is definitely the way to go.

This is my Cloud Topper. Clearly visible even under a thick cotton sheet and mattress protector! I was sceptical about it at first but it’s been a godsend.
I struggle so much with arthritis, especially at night. This makes me so much more comfortable and I can turn over without any increased pain! It means I get a much better nights sleep and so does my husband because I’m not disturbing him. Well worth it.

My CloudTopper arrived very promptly, however, when I opened it, I discovered that it was the wrong size. It was a small double, and my bed is king size.
I contacted the team, and received a very swift reply with sincere apologies for the error.
We exchanged a few emails, and the CloudToppper Director arranged for a King Size Topper to be delivered to me, free of charge; he also refunded the difference between the price of the king size Topper which I had paid for, and the small double that I received.
The CloudTopper team dispatched my king size Topper immediately, and I got to keep the small double, which I can use on another bed.
Customer Care at CloudTopper is top of the tree! They wasted no time in rectifying the issue, and kept me updated throughout.
As I wrote in a previous review, sleeping on the CloudTopper is like sleeping on a giant marshmallow! Our bed is extremely cosy and comfortable, and very difficult to get out of in the morning! Before purchasing a CloudTopper, we had been considering buying a new mattress, even though it was only three years old. My husband was suffering with sciatica and I had aching shoulders and neck, every morning. The CloudTopper and the feather pillows have given us the best night's sleep, every night, and we are pain free in the morning.

We received our King size CloudTopper, very promptly, and it has not only transformed our bed, but also our life! To say this Topper is amazing, and incredible, is not even close to describing how delighted we are!
No more tossing and turning with broken sleep, and no more aches and pains in our back, neck and shoulders.
The CloudTopper is incredibly thick, plumptuous, and supportive, and when coupled with the CloudTopper deep fitted sheet, (100% Egyptian Cotton), and the CloudTopper Pillows, it is like sleeping on top of a giant marshmallow!
